Ace Scotland was formed as a subsidiary company of Ace Freighters to operate inclusive tour charter and freight flights from Glasgow. One 82-seat L749A owned by the parent company started operations in July 1965. The last commercial flight took place in September 1966, at the same time when the parent company Ace Freighters ceased operations. The Constellation was stored at Coventry afterward.
